Background

Rick Breeze-Martin has worked as an employee, and then consultant, for non-profit organizations, public agencies and commissions, private corporations and cooperatives for forty years.  Rick has been doing business as Breeze-Martin Consulting since 1996.  He provides independent consulting services to private and public organizations for their technical assistance needs in project and strategic planning, staff training, program evaluation, economic and organizational development projects.
